Here’s an article on San Diego County median home prices being up from October of last year – the first increase from year-ago levels since June 2006. Just an interesting article overall on the on real estate market in San Diego County, which also mentions the sellers’ market in some areas at the lower price points. I’m seeing this on a daily basis with some of my first time buyer clients as there are multiple offers on most of the properties they’re interested in. Affordability and interest rates are both great, but it still isn’t easy to purchase a home.
